« It happens that we forget our old music box in the far bottom of a cupboard. At night, overwhelmed by sadness and abandoned in boredom, the old music box, with all its’ set of musicians, mechanical dolls, dancers, orchestra conductors, organizes its grand departure. A journey “by toy”, towards an unknown place, maybe clouds, maybe death …A place of Utopia, which seems worth it, as we witness this little crowd dance happily and sing  their travel away …»

The public watches with amazement the rolling giant music box go by, looking like a one-eyed animal, whose face appears within an ‘Arcimboldic’ composition of music instruments. All the creatures and toys around it have both carnival and classical attitudes. Brass musicians, the giant percussionist, break dancers, the conductor, piercing the sky on its giant stick, and the master of electronics, are all gathered for this solemn but also fantasist parade, where hats and black suits mix with short pants, yellow faces and white socks! Whenever the music box stops, a little creature comes and turns the key, and all the music goes on again. This show is a musical adventure, with a rolling piano and a groove box, a sort of electro-acoustic laboratory, between tears and laughter. The ambivalence of feelings is somewhat similar to New Orleans brass parades.
